FREE SHIPPING

All of our Bonsai products are warehoused right here in Australia (QLD). We use Australia Post (Express Post) and Australia Post (Parcel Post) as our preferred shipping methods, so we can also deliver to PO Boxes.

The only products shipped from overseas are our exclusive our Japanese Tokoname Pots, as we deal direct with the Artists and their trading companies.

Bonsaiwarehouse.com.au is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to most countries in Oceania, Asia and the Pacific. We believe you should be able to spend your hard earned dollars on high quality bonsai products and not expensive shipping.

Due to Quarantine restrictions and Geographic locations, not all products or all countries can take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING.

We have created a guide for each country to help resolve any queries and present the most affordable way to purchase bonsai goods from our factories.

HANDLING

Please allow 1-2 business days to ship orders. If you require a quick turnaround or delivery on a certain day we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs where possible.

RETURNS

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase.

• Australian Consumer Law requires us to provide a full refund where items are faulty or not as described. Items that are to be returned for a refund are shipped at the purchaser’s expense and full refunds are provided upon receipt of the goods.

• Returns are also accepted for ‘change of mind’ or ‘wrong size’. Your selected replacement product will be sent or store credit gift card will be issued. Returned items are also shipped at purchasers’ expense.

*Paypal refunds are sometimes processed as an ‘e-cheque’ if the original purchase was from a linked Paypal Bank account (and not a PayPal balance). Bonsai Warehouse has no control over the length of  time (usually 3-5 days) the refund may take to process if a payment method of this kind is refunded.
